Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior PR Manager to lead MiroMind's PR efforts across Asia, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of brand communications, institutional relations, and business storytelling across the region. You will be MiroMind's most important "connector" within the Asia ecosystem — building a credible, long-term reputation around our mission of bringing verifiable AI reasoning to critical industries, and translating that reputation into strategic partnerships and capital support.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communications & Business Storytelling
Anchored in MiroMind's positioning as the Reasoning OS for Critical Tasks, lead the drafting of high-quality PR materials including press releases, in-depth technical articles, founder op-eds, and industry whitepaper summaries.
Translate MiroMind's technical moats (verifiable accuracy, DAG reasoning protocol, self-evolving architecture) and commercial potential into clear narratives that resonate with tech media, business media, and institutional audiences.
Manage the company's official voice on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, consistently showcasing team strength, product milestones, and company progress.
Institutional Relations & Ecosystem Integration
Deeply integrate into Singapore's local tech and business ecosystem, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies (e.g., EDB, A*STAR), industry associations, top business schools, and leading local enterprises.
Plan and organize high-quality closed-door sessions, technical briefings, and industry forums to ensure MiroMind's technical and commercial value circulates naturally within key decision-making circles.
Identify and seize collaboration opportunities with local strategic partners (cloud providers, financial institutions, biomedical companies) to help drive substantive strategic partnerships.
Capital Ecosystem Engagement
Develop a deep understanding of Singapore's capital market ecosystem and the focus areas and decision-making logic of mainstream local institutional investors.
Under the guidance of the Director, assist in arranging appropriate venues for management to communicate company value to the capital markets, handle the preparation of communication materials and event execution, and maintain daily contact with potential strategic investors.
Draft high-quality communication materials tailored for the capital markets, ensuring the accuracy and persuasiveness of the company's narrative within professional investment circles.
Public Opinion Monitoring & Crisis Management
Closely monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and relevant policy changes, providing timely public opinion alerts and response recommendations.
Appropriately handle negative information that may affect the company's reputation, maintaining MiroMind's positive image across all key audience groups.
Requirements
Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related fields. Background in AI, deep tech, fintech, or consulting is preferred. Local work experience in Singapore is strongly preferred.
Language: Exceptional bilingual reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to independently draft native-level English press releases and in-depth articles.
Local Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore's tech and business ecosystem, with a strong network accumulated within local government agencies, industry associations, business communities, or capital circles.
Technical Comprehension: Basic understanding of frontier technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents, with the ability to communicate smoothly with technical teams and translate concepts into clear business language.
Execution & Collaboration: Ability to drive projects independently under the Director's guidance, delivering high-quality copywriting, event planning, and relationship maintenance, while possessing strong cross-functional coordination skills.
Adaptability: Highly self-driven and able to thrive in the fast-paced, highly uncertain environment of a startup.
